Commissioner Pam Lindstrom
Pam Lindstrom was appointed to the Commission in 2007.
Commissioner Lindstrom has worked extensively on land use, environmental and transportation issues in Montgomery County. A resident of Gaithersburg for the past 30 years, Commissioner Lindstrom has worked with various civic and environmental groups, including the Greater Shady Grove Civic Alliance and the Sierra Club.
As one of the founders of the Gaithersburg Affordable Housing Coalition, Commissioner Lindstrom advocated for, and worked to strengthen, Gaithersburg's Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) law.
Commissioner Lindstrom has a particular interest in how European cities build, design and produce affordable housing.
Commissioner Lindstrom has been a volunteer counselor at the Lords Table Soup Kitchen in Gaithersburg.
