These are additional affordable housing programs; some of which offer below-market rents and others which base their rent on 30% of the household income.
Some of these housing programs are not HOC-related. In addition, each program and/or development maintains their own waiting list, income requirements and application process. Therefore, you must call each apartment complex directly for information and/or to request an application.
