All applicants must provide three (3) quality work references. Employment is contingent upon review and examination of any and all arrest, trial and other criminal records. In addition, HOC policy requires pre-employment drug and alcohol screening for all prospective new employees. Administrative support applicants will be tested on skills and proficiency in software.
