Homeownership Assistance Loan Fund (HALF)

What Does the HALF Program Offer?

If you are a resident who lives in a property owned or managed by the Housing Opportunities Commission – (HOC) or are currently in a HOC program, this program is for you.

• HOC’s Homeownership Assistance Loan Fund (HALF) helps with Closing Costs when buying a home

• Provides Closing Cost Loans up to $3,000,

• Offers Interest rates of 4.5%, 5.5% and 6.5% (depending on household size and income)

• Offers up to five (5) years for loan repayment
