HOC conducts employment reference checks and criminal record checks to determine suitability for employment. In addition, HOC policy requires pre-employment drug and alcohol screening for all prospective new employees. Applicants selected for employment will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing and alcohol screening, with a verified negative result, as a condition of employment.

 

 

Positions are advertised as they become available and are updated on a frequent basis. Positions are removed as they are filled. Most positions do not have a closing date and are open until filled. If a position is advertised with a closing date, then resumes and applications must be received by the Human Resources Office by 5:00 PM on the Closing Date. If mailed the envelope must be postmarked by midnight of the Closing Date.
 
The salaries listed for each position represent the minimum starting salary for the position. FT indicates a full time position and PT indicates a part time position. Some HOC positions have specified periods of employment or "terms". Please review the position descriptions to determine if the position has a specified term of employment.
