The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County is proposing to change its Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan to allow the Commission to establish a separate waiting list for project-based units.  The change will allow HOC the administrative flexibility to open the project-based waiting list either to the families on the tenant-based list only or to open the list to the public through an advertised open period.

By this Notice, HOC is soliciting public comments on the change. Please submit such comments within 45 days of the date of this notice to Bill Murphy, Director of Rental Assistance, Housing Opportunities Commission, 10400 Detrick Ave., Kensington, Md. 20895
