Middlebrook

feature a new playground (double the size of the existing one) and a new
3,670 sq. ft. community center. Each unit is also undergoing renovation,
including the construction of new kitchens and bathrooms. Landscaping and
design changes will enhance the appearance of the property, as well as
maintain the architectural style of the surrounding community.
The $4.2 million renovation and rehabilitation of
this multifamily public housing property is being funded by a $1.5 million
loan from the Department of Housing and Community Affairs and $2.5
million of tax exempt bonds raised by the Maryland Department of Housing
and Community Development.
