This Fair is organized by the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs in partnership with the Housing Fair Planning Committee, whose members include: the Cities of Gaithersburg and Takoma Park, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Housing & Community Initiatives, Inc.; Fannie Mae; the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County; the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services; the Office of Council Member Thomas Perez; Consumer Credit Counseling of Greater Washington; the Mid County, Up County and Silver Spring Regional Services Centers; Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; AARP Maryland, and Washington Gas.
