On Thanksgiving
Day waiters from the world-celebrated Ruth's Chris Steak House will
serve a gourmet meal to HOC elderly residents of Waverly House
apartments in Bethesda, Md. Ruth's Chris chefs will prepare the
traditional Thanksgiving dinner of turkey and all the trimmings. Chefs
and waiters are volunteering their services and HOC staff is providing
logistical support.

Thanksgiving Day
is a time when families, businesses and communities come together in
the spirit of fellowship and humanitarian sharing. Working together
for the seventh consecutive year, HOC and Ruth's Chris Steak House
will make sure that elderly Waverly House residents enjoy Thanksgiving
Day and experience firsthand the generosity this American tradition
represents. Waverly House is a 158-unit HOC owned and managed public
housing residence for senior citizens in Montgomery County, MD
