Open forum: Thanks for help on HOC health fair

On Sept. 8, the Housing Opportunities Commission held a Health and Community Resource Fair at the Upper County Community Center in Gaithersburg. More than 100 citizens accessed health and community related resources available in the county. Sincere thanks are extended to the planning committee: Carole Arterbery, Tara Devlin, Annette Hackey, Tonia Lewis, Mariska Mends, Sandy Tuttle and Antonia Whitfield; to the Department of Recreation for the use of the facility; and to the participating organizations:
