Housing Opportunities Community Partners, Inc. is a tax exempt and nonprofit charitable organization created to assist the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County in providing services to its low-income residents.
Community Partners provides services to HOC residents by recruiting volunteers to provide direct services, facilitating grants for programs and resources for residents and advocating housing programs.
