easy. First, have your company placed on the HOC Bidders List by filling out new bidders form. You
will be sent formal Invitations for Bids and Requests for Proposals
in areas relevant to your business. All formal solicitations are
advertised locally and mailed to those on the appropriate bidders
list. Also, bids are advertised on our website. Click here to review
