Section 8/Mod Rehab

The privately-owned properties listed below participate in HUD's Section 8 Program by offering some apartments to very low-income households. You do not have to have a certificate or voucher but you must be on HOC's Section 8 Waiting List to be eligible for the very low rent apartments.

Some of these developments also have moderate market rate rents. You must contact the rental offices directly at the numbers below to find out the market rents.
