Senior Housing with the Services You Want
At a Price You Can Afford
HOC has a special housing option for seniors who need extra
services to continue living independently. It's called the Congregate
Housing Services Program. This affordable rental program is available
to people with limited incomes who are 62 or older. Basic services
include:
Lunch and dinner, seven days a week
Limited personal care
In addition, a Resident Counselor is available to help residents
and families access services in the community and to help residents
maintain their physical and emotional well-being.
