Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan Update

 

The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) has adopted and developed proposed revisions and new additions for its Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan, in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, and Code of Federal Regulations. These changes will update HOC’s progress in meeting the goals and objectives described in HOC’s Policies and Guides.

 

These proposed changes to HOC’s Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan and supporting documents are available for public review and comment on HOC’s website, www.hocmc.org. HOC administrative offices are closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The public comment period for these documents ends on April 6, 2022. HOC will hold a public hearing for approval of these proposed documents at 3:00 p.m. on April 6, 2022.The public may observe the hearing via live-stream with closed captioning via https://youtu.be/Nzty7Tp3VAM and/or teleconference. Due to the conditions of the current COVID-19 Pandemic, there will not be opportunity for in-person oral comments to be provided. There will be an opportunity to provide oral comments on the day of the public hearing.
