HOC residents and those that receive rental assistance from HOC may occasionally have questions regarding HOC policies, procedures and services. We hope to provide this information for you on these pages. In addition, we encourage you to send any questions or suggestions to us about how we may improve the way we do.

If you need to visit HOC headquarters in Kensington, please note that walk-in hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program
This program helps public housing and HCV families achieve self-sufficiency over a five to seven year period. The program is intended to end dependency on welfare assistance.
