HOC Leadership

The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners. The Board establishes all policies that are implemented by the President/Executive Director, who provides direction to the Executive Staff and corresponding divisions to carry out HOC’s mission and vision.

The Resident Advisory Board (RAB) advocates on behalf of HOC customers and provides additional guidance to HOC. It provides residents with a forum for sharing information and making recommendations on the Public Housing Administrative Plan and other matters that affect the wellbeing of HOC’s residents.
