The Housing Opportunities Commission is working every day to provide homes and build communities for the people of Montgomery County. We do that with our safe, high-quality affordable housing and supportive services that enhance lives. And we’re always looking for ways to do more — for what’s next.

The HOC Building What’s Next — Together Art Contest is your chance to express your vision of what that concept means to you. Is it a feeling? Is it about an actual place — a building, where you live or learn or work? Or is it a personal or family goal or achievement that you’re working toward?
