Job Description:

 

Salary Commensurate with Experience

Provide direct supervision to the service coordination and housing stabilization team. Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules; Monitor and develop the down county teams’ units budget; Monitor and review customer database reporting systems; Submit and develop monthly statistical reports; support staff in developing outreach and community engagement activities; assist with special projects as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field. Master’s Degree in social work or human service-related field preferred.
  • At least four years of experience in case management and/or case coordination, experience developing and implementing programs and/or special projects, experience working with Emergency Rental Assistance programs; and at least two years of supervisory experience.
