BUILDING THE FUTURE OF SILVER SPRING

The redevelopment of Elizabeth Square represents the vibrant resurgence of a key section of downtown Silver Spring. Three mixed-income, mixed-use multifamily residential buildings will provide more than 900 homes. The Silver Spring Recreation and Aquatic Center (SSRAC) offers recreation and meeting spaces, while the Holy Cross Health Center provides essential health services to the entire surrounding community.

New HOC Headquarters: July 2024 Update

This month you can expect the following activities…
  • Installation (in conjunction with PEPCO) of electrical vaults
  • Additional site excavation
  • Pouring of concrete foundation
Within the next three months, we expect to perform additional excavation and concrete pouring, followed by the installation of the tower crane for vertical construction.
