Program Description: Maryland Legal Aid is hosting a series of free, educational webinars for residents served by the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County. These sessions are designed to empower community members with vital legal knowledge, protect tenant rights, and help navigate complex family and civil court systems. This session: Learn how child support calculations are determined under Maryland guidelines. Find out how to formally request modifications due to job loss or income changes, and how to navigate enforcement agencies.
