Program Description: Maryland Legal Aid is hosting a series of free, educational webinars for residents served by the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County. These sessions are designed to empower community members with vital legal knowledge, protect tenant rights, and help navigate complex family and civil court systems. This session: Navigate the process of establishing, modifying, or enforcing legal and physical custody arrangements. This session highlights the criteria Maryland courts use to determine the best interests of the child.
