Maryland Legal Aid is hosting a series of free, educational webinars for residents served by the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County. These sessions are designed to empower community members with vital legal knowledge, protect tenant rights, and help navigate complex family and civil court systems. This session: Learn the fundamentals of Maryland landlord-tenant laws. This session covers lease agreements, security deposit returns, repair requests, and how to handle landlord disputes. |
