When will the renovations to The Metropolitan begin?

The closing for the Tax Credit Program resyndication is expected to occur in June 2026 with renovations beginning in July 2026. When renovations begin, contractors will be arriving on site at approximately 7:00 AM Monday through Friday and work will take place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
