Closing for the Tax Credit Program resyndication is expected to occur in June 2025. The renovation are expected to begin in July 2025 with initial mobilization by the contractor and are expected to be completed at the end of 2027. Contractors will be arriving on site at approximately 7:00 AM Monday through Friday and work take place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
