When will the renovations to The Metropolitan begin?

Renovations are scheduled to begin in July 2026. The general contractor, Southway Builders, is set to mobilize on site starting July 16, 2026. When renovations begin, contractors will be arriving on site at approximately 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and work will take place daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
