Groundbreaking for Lumina and Radia at Hillandale Gateway

HOC is conducting the historic groundbreaking ceremony for the first Zero Net Energy multifamily apartments to be built to the Passive House standard in the state of Maryland. The event includes the ceremonial groundbreaking, virtual reality tours of new development, sustainability demonstrations/exhibitions, and remarks from HOC, project partners, and state and local dignitaries.
