Safety & Security Are Everybody’s Business

The well-being of residents and visitors in our communities is the cornerstone of HOC’s commitment to providing safe, affordable, high-quality housing. Our team of property management professionals are constantly working to ensure safety and security at all of our properties across Montgomery County.

The physical condition of any public area is a critical factor in ensuring the safety of those who occupy that space. HOC’s Maintenance Division, with assistance from on-site managers and other personnel, continually monitors our properties to identify and address any potential safety issues.

We encourage our residents and visitors to join that effort. If you spot a physical condition at an HOC property that you think needs attention, please call us at 240-627-9400.

HOC has implemented a comprehensive protocol, incorporating advanced technology and proven procedures, to maintain resident, visitor and property security. Building access control, remote visual observation and routine physical presence on-site all combine to ensure a secure environment.
