All interested parties are invited to submit written comments or present oral comments at the public hearing regarding the issuance of bonds, notes, or other obligations of HOC for each Project being financed. Oral comments may be given telephonically during the hearing using the following telephone number and pin. Oral comments will be limited to presentations of no more than five (5) minutes per person. Written comments should be received by HOC on or before 1:00 p.m. on September 26, 2022, and should be submitted to Vivian Benjamin, Assistant Director of Federal Financing, 10400 Detrick Avenue, Kensington, Maryland 20895 or vivian.benjamin@hocmc.org.
