HOC was awarded 25 Stability Vouchers (“SVs”) from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”).  Applicants eligible to receive a SV must be referred to HOC from  the Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) and meet one of four eligibility criteria:

1. Individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness;
2. Individuals and families at risk of homelessness;
3. Individuals and families fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, stalking   sexual assault; and
4. Veterans and families that include a veteran family member that meet one of the preceding criteria (1-3).
