HOC President Andrews Highlights Housing Production Fund at National Housing Conference

HOC President Chelsea Andrews was a featured panelist at the 2026 National Economic Mobility and Opportunity Conference in a discussion about how Montgomery County and the State of Maryland are working innovatively to expand affordable housing and resolve the housing crisis. A major focal point was Montgomery County’s Housing Production Fund. Other panel participants included County Councilmember Laurie-Anne Sayles, Steven A. Palmer, Maryland’s first State Housing Ombudsman and James Hedrick, Montgomery County Planning Board Member.
