The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is proposing revisions to its Administrative Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (“Administrative Plan”). The Administrative Plan defines and describes the policies for the operation of HOC’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. The changes include updates to Chapter Four: Establishing Preferences and Maintaining the Waitlist. Proposed changes to HOC’s Administrative Plan are available for review on HOC’s website starting Friday, August 8, 2025. Materials will also be available at all HOC office locations listed on its website.
This process includes a public comment period, which will culminate with a Public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at HOC’s main office at 10400 Detrick Avenue, Kensington, MD 20895 and via YouTube:
