HOC’s Commissioner board room is inaccessible and its associated audio/visual room is not functional. Accordingly, HOC will conduct its June 10, 2026 Public Hearing virtually. HOC will post a recording of the meeting immediately after the meeting concludes. If a member of the public wants to attend
