Bauer Park Apartments, located at 14635, 14639 and 14643 Bauer Drive, consists of 142 age-restricted units in three buildings on 3.88 acres of land. The property was originally built in 1977 under the Section 236 Program. On April 5, 2017, HOC submitted a LIHTC application for the property and prepared it for the required renovation work. 

Substantial Completion of the renovations occurred on September 27, 2022.
