All three Willow Manor properties, originally built in 2004 and 2005, are 62+ senior communities. Property amenities include: fitness center, library, business center, community room, kitchen, billiards room, movie room, health room, hospitality suite, laundry room and shuttle service.

The multifamily bond and LIHTC re-syndication closing occurred in December 2021. Renovations begun in 2021 will modernize residential units, update common area amenities, increase energy efficiency and improve site conditions.

The renovation will be done building-by-building, in three phases: the first phase is Fair Hill Farm, the second phase is Clopper’s Mill and the third phase is Colesville. Renovations were completed in 2024.
