Basics Early Learning Play Area ("The Basics Corner") will be a designated children's learning space at selected HOC properties for families with children under age 5. Its purpose is to encourage early childhood development while helping parents practice The Basics principles. The Basics Corner is designed to be a small, supervised early learning space where parents and young children can read, play, and learn together while supporting healthy brain development, with regular educational programming and structured family activities.

Learn about credit readiness, mortgage basics, HOC assistance programs, and key players apart of the process. Whether you're just starting to explore the idea or ready to take the next step, this session will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to successfully navigate through the journey of homeownership.
Fresh vegetables will be delivered to Tanglewood from Koiner Farm every Thursday from August 13th to October 8th, 2023. This service is being provided to all Tanglewood residents at no cost. Pick-up time will be at 12:00 p.m. in front of the leasing office. Please note: distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to Tanglewood residents.

Are you ready to take the next step toward homeownership? Join us for an exciting homebuyer fair designed to connect aspiring homeowners with trusted industry professionals and valuable resources. Participants will learn from experts about financing options, purchase incentives, and the steps involved in the home buying journey. Attendees will also receive guidance and tools to help confidently navigate the path to purchasing a home.
Grade-level math worksheets provide targeted practice aligned with school math standards, helping students master core operations and build problem-solving skills. Students will receive a new worksheet each week, which will be graded the following week. We will also provide an answer key so students can review and correct their mistakes. Please note that this program focuses on practice questions and does not include tutoring.
HOC, in cooperation with the TACY Foundation, will be opening enrollment for our weekly Saturday children's piano classes at Tanglewood. These classes are designed for children ages 5 to 14. Each fun 30-minute session blends rhythm games, basic note reading, and hands-on keyboard fun. Space is strictly limited, so please register as soon as possible.
