The Youth STEAM Program provides exciting after-school and summer activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) to children of HOC families. Trained instructors teach HOC youth a variety of skills in everything from building robots and conducting science experiments to artistic expression with technology and cultural arts projects in dance, art, and videography.
These programs help strengthen academic enrichment, bolster self-confidence and teach new skills. HOC youth programming increases our youngest clients’ access to new and unique opportunities for hands-on learning through fun and engaging activities.
In addition to STEAM activities, HOCA provides after school and summer programs for youth and hosts an annual Back-to-School event.
