MC311 Customer Service Center is your source for Montgomery County information and services. You can reach MC311 in the County by dialing 311 or from anywhere by calling 240-777-0311. The hotline is open Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Request Translation Assistance
You may request translation assistance in a language other than English. The MC311 Customer Service Center offers a language interpretation service in over 150 languages. To request assistance, call 311 and press 2, for Spanish, or stay on the line to request the language of your choice from the next available customer service representative.
