Partner with HOC is an initiative that aims to expand and enhance Resident Services partnerships. The goal of the initiative is to increase the amount of services provided to HOC customers by partnering with mission-aligned organizations.

HOC partners with government agencies, non-profit organizations, for profit organizations, faith-based institutions, educational institutions, foundations and other types of service organizations.

HOC seeks a wide range of partnerships across all sectors, including partners that provide services to youth, adults and seniors. HOC has particular interest in partners in the areas of education, workforce, health, financial literacy, STEM and home ownership. Partners may provide programming, donate resources or participate in events.

Partners may offer services in-person at one of HOC’s 57 properties located throughout Montgomery County including 10 senior properties. Services may also be offered at an HOC office location (Silver Spring, Derwood, East Deer Park or Kensington), an offsite facility such as a recreation center, or virtually.

Partnering with HOC helps to bridge the economic gap for thousands of families throughout Montgomery County. Partnering with HOC can also help raise an organization’s visibility and reach within the county.

Partnerships may require a formal agreement to be completed. In some cases, insurance and background checks may  be required.
