Throughout his career, Ross has built a reputation for stabilizing underperforming assets, improving compliance with HUD and tax credit programs, and driving financial results while developing high-performing teams. He has expertise in REAC/MOR audits, capital project execution, vendor negotiations, and client/board reporting.
Ross has held senior leadership roles with Enterprise Residential, Gates Hudson Management, AHC Management, and Edgewood Management, where he spearheaded initiatives that boosted occupancy, standardized compliance procedures, and improved NOI across diverse property types. He also founded and managed a consulting firm dedicated to stabilizing troubled assets and supporting due diligence.
Holding a B.A. in Public Administration from Virginia State University, Ross is pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is actively involved in the housing community, serving as a Board Member of Park Heights Renaissance. Recognized for exceeding performance benchmarks, he combines technical expertise with a passion for mentoring and empowering teams to achieve excellence in property operations.
