Job Description:

 

 

This position promotes the following Recordation funded programs; the Move-Up Initiative (MUI), the Community Choice Home (CCH) programs and the Youth Bridge Initiative (YBI). Provides technical assistance regarding eligibility criteria, certification process ease compliance and other program requirements. Responds to inquiries from landlords. Performs monthly and quarterly reports including but not limited to program enrollment information participant demographic information e.g., total expenditures and projected funding. To conduct thorough analysis for accuracy and compliance with program eligibility policies and contract provisions. Conducts face-to-face contacts with program participants to ensure their understanding of the program and its requirements. Prepares monthly vendor payments to landlords. Enters data regularly into HOC database. This is a one-year term position; possibility of continuation is good but dependent on funding.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration or related field.
  • Three years’ experience in subsidized housing programs, social services or property management environment.
  • Must possess good math skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other software.
  • Valid Driver’s License, good driving record.
