Job Description: |
This is a professional on-site position in our Kensington- MD office. The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, including human resources information systems (HRIS), classification and compensation, position description development, records management, compliance, and HR business processes. The HRG will participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics. queries, and various reports. The HRG will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the onboarding and reporting processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
