Job Description: |
The role of the Housing Stabilization Specialist is pivotal in aiding individuals and families to uphold stable housing conditions. Working closely with clients experiencing housing instability, you will offer support, resources, and guidance to assist them in securing and sustaining suitable housing arrangements. This position demands a compassionate and empathetic individual with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include advocating for and aiding clients in navigating various housing-related systems and services, such as public housing programs, rental assistance programs, and community resources. Additionally, conducting assessments of clients' housing needs and identifying factors contributing to housing instability are integral aspects of the role. Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:
